Which body lotion works well for dry, sensitive skin?

If you haven’t read my previous blog post, I technically prefer to use Skin So Soft Original Gelled Body Oil and the Supreme Nourishment Triple Phase body oil during the dry Fall season. I don’t drink enough water, so my skin turns ashy dry if I don’t moisturize everyday. Using the body oil guarantees my skin won’t turn itchy and dry all day.

However, if I didn’t have my Skin So Soft body oils, the next best thing for my dry, sensitive is the Skin So Soft Supreme Nourishment Enriching Coconut Oil Milk Lotion. Here’s why:

  • The nourishing coconut oil ingredient helps keeps my skin moisturized for hours.
  • It doesn’t leave my skin greasy. It actually gets fully absorbed into my skin and leaves my skin supple. Yes, I can opt to apply pure coconut oil to my skin (and I have), but pure coconut oil leaves my skin greasy.
  • Avon isn’t kidding when they call it “…Coconut Oil Milk Lotion.” It doesn’t have the thickness of regular body lotion – it’s light-weight. The “Coconut Oil Milk” lotion is more milky and actually pours from the bottle from a small opening.
  • The light tropical scent is nice and not strong.
  • It’s hypoallergenic.

I think, you’ll find that the Skin So Soft Supreme Nourishment Enriching Coconut Oil Milk Lotion is beneficial for the dry season.

Don’t like fragrance in your body lotion?

Avon Moisture Therapy Calming Relief is fragrance free, hypoallergenic and contains soothing colloidal oatmeal which instantly relieves to dry, itchy skin. It doesn’t leave a greasy residue and absorbs quickly into the skin. Avon offers the hand cream (I keep one in my car!) and also a 1L (33.8 fl oz) bottle of the body lotion which is a better value!
