Compensation Plan

Pathway to Premier Level Incentive Program
To help boost start your new business and help you reach Premier Level during your first 8 campaigns or first 4 months, Avon offers Stepping Stone $20 bonuses for every $200 sold per campaign (2 weeks per campaign) + $100 bonuses for every $1000 sold cumulatively during the 8 campaigns.
