The Avon.com website will be going through an upgrade starting December 7 through mid-day December 9, 2021. The upgrade will improve customer online shopping experience, security and provide the best tools for Avon Independent Sales Representatives.
What’s New?
- A simpler or faster shopping/ordering experience. Avon reps and customers will enter Avon from the same avon.com website. Plus, Avon reps will be able to customize their profile with hand-picked product recommendations, YouTube videos created by reps and special interests which can be used to match customers and recruits looking for an Avon rep.
- Updated Security Features. Enhanced fraud protection, and multi-factor authentication.
- Faster order processing. When customers place an order at an AVON rep website, the earnings will be processed same-day if the order was placed before 11:59pm ET.
- Avon Wallet. A new and improved payout method for all Avon Reps’ earnings.
- Update & Improved Digital Features. Enhanced Digital Catalog navigation & full-face virtual try-on makeup tool.
- Enhanced Customer Invoicing Feature. Updated functionality that allows Avon Reps to customize the invoice.
- Avon Go App. New mobile app for Avon Reps and customers with new features such as push notifications.
